Initial Visit

When you call and make your consult appointment we will send you an informational package about our office in the mail, which inculdes a personal information sheet and medical and dental history forms that you can fill, to save you time on your first appointment. If you have any questions or problems filling these forms our staff will help you with these forms. We usually ask you to plan for 60-90 minutes for this visit.

When you arrive to our office the clinical coordinator will greet you and start your consultation procedures. X-rays and photographs will be taken for you or your child to help us diagnose your case better and come up with the best treatment option that will guarantee excellent results in the shortest time possible. In most cases a treatment plan can be discussed and finalized during your first visit, but in some cases a second visit will be required to allow us to analyze your records better and obtain mounted study models and tomographs for your joints.

If orthodontic treatment is indicated, full records can be taken during your first visit, and you will be scheduled for your appliance placement appointment, which usually takes 60-90 minutes.
